At Masformation, we are committed to providing reliable and professional business formation services. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
All purchases of the Basic Package are final and non-refundable.
Since the Basic Package includes immediate administrative work, document preparation, company formation support, and related consultation services, no refund will be provided once payment has been made.
The Standard Package includes company formation services along with assistance in obtaining a business bank account and payment gateway services.
If Mas formation successfully provides all services included in the package, no refund will be issued.
If Mas formation is unable to provide a business bank account and payment gateway service, the service will be considered as a completed Basic Package.
In such cases, Masformation will retain the Basic Package fee of $149, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

The Premium Package includes all Standard Package services plus ITIN application assistance and premium consultation.
If Mas formation successfully provides all services included in the package, no refund will be issued.
If Mas formation is unable to provide a business bank account and payment gateway service, the customer will be charged:

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
All state filing fees, government charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to the relevant authorities and cannot be recovered once submitted. Any approved refund will apply only to eligible Masformation service fees.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after approval.
Refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method may be arranged.
Mas formation reserves the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. All refund decisions made by Masformation shall be final.
